At The Perfume Effect, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products and our commitment to product safety and authenticity, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged items or fulfillment issues such as stock-outs.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theperfumeeffect.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us, and we’ll make things right.

2. Stock Availability Issues

Our stock availability updates very frequently. In the rare case that an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase due to stock-out, we will notify you promptly and recommend alternative suggestions or issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
